Dinner At Ming Kee Restaurant

This was an annual dinner treat for our Deparment by our immediate Supervisor and Friend.  He also has a flare for choosing places which serves great food.  We thoroughly enjoyed the food as well as the pairing of wines we brought.  The most memorable pairing was the desert ‘Or Nee’ ( Yam Paste ) with a bottle of white wine (Nedburg Late Harvest 2005). Ahhhhhhhhhh!
